Where are you going?

What kind of changes are possible?

Are you or your young adult experiencing difficulty with life transitions?

Do you need support with school or work stress or relationship problems?

My style is warm and authentic and I like to support people in their struggles and at the same time encouraging growth.

Specializing in work with adolescents and young adults, I have specific expertise with addictions, anxiety, depression and grief across all age ranges. My background in music therapy and experience working with complex mental health issues provides for a multi-dimensional approach. Let’s discuss where you are going.

While COVID-19 has changed the primary mode of therapy, I continue to incorporate my therapy animals (in training) during online sessions and during the few in person sessions that take place. Otter is a two year old labradoodle who had lots of experience in the office before COVID-19. He continues to work on his skills through commands and loves laying on his back while getting belly rubs. While his training has slacked a bit without clients to interact with, he is excited to return to the “new normal” someday. Ellie is a one year old American Cocker Spaniel and is Otter’s new best friend since July 2020. She loves sitting in laps, playing with any toys (or socks!) and getting lots of pets.
